Social resilience management of Ukrainian territorial communities during the Covid-19 pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic changes people’s behavior, determines the interpersonal distance of communication, and deepens digitalization processes public life. This paper aims to establish social trust impact on sustainability Ukrainian territorial communities in pandemic. For an empirical study, four Ukraine were taken, which geographically represent whole Ukraine. It used online survey method based Google forms. A randomly selected 1530 respondents aged 18+ interviewed 2021, where quota sampling by gender, age, community has been preserved. study proves that family remains basis stability for Ukrainians. In difficult situations, population expects help from their relatives is ready themselves. However, institutional highly deficient, with only 5.8% citizens wishing local authorities face shows poorest part prone atomization demonstrates lowest level, weakening due risks numerous divorces, labor migration, problems members’ isolation during widened gap between wealthiest groups. Therefore, resilience management should aim improve trust. Furthermore, unite using economic, social, cultural, religious instruments since atomized individuals cannot withstand global challenges efficiently.
